Enter here, which events at all are planned.
Where will the events take place?
It is sufficient to mention the most important places of events. Should events take place abroad, please state the country, too.
Number of Events?
State the expected number of events.
Average number of participants / spectators?
Please enter the estimated average number of spectators / participants per event.
Which Advertising Possiblities are available?
Give a short description, which advertisement possibilites are available for the sponsor.
Which Sponsors do you have already?
Please name your present sponsors.
For which Sponsors exclusivity is agreed?
Should you have agreed on a exclusive sponsoring, please name these sponsors.
Required total budget?
Total budget including all costs for the season. Enter a round value without decimals. You can insert a dot or a comma between the thousands as followed (for example: 4.500.000), or write it without (for example: 4500000).
Select the respective currency next. You can convert other currencies with our converter.
If you are looking for an amount from... to... indicate the higher value.
Least required payment from main sponsor?
What is the least amount required from the main sponsor. Use the same currency as for the total budget. You can convert other currencies with our converter.
Least required payment from co-sponsor?
What is the least amount required from the co-sponsor. Use the same currency as for the total budget. You can convert other currencies with our converter.
Newspapers and Magazines?
Name newspapers and magazines, which report about the events which you participate in. If available, please name the number printed of these newspapers.
TV Coverage?
Please name the TV station, which reports on these events, you participate in, if possible give the quotas of last year.
Other Reports?
Please state in which other way the events are reported.
Which additional service is offered?
What else can you offer the sponsors, for example invitations to the events, autograph hours, etc.
Is your activity registered as a business?
Should you have registered a business, and you thereby are able to present a bill to the sponsor then click: yes. If you have your sport as a hobby, click: no.
Is your Organization a registered Club?
Should your organisation be a registered club, please click "yes", if not click "no".
